The paramount ruler, popularly known as Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, Dr Ado Ibrahim, has passed on.
A close source to the palace confirmed the development to Blueprint on Sunday morning.
The source said the Ohinoyi born on February 7, 1929 died after a brief illness after he was in coma for sometimes.
The Ohinoyi ascended the throne in 1997 as the second Ohinoyi and fourth Independent traditional ruler of Ebiraland.
