Recall that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is challenging the electoral victory of Abba Kabir Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) as governor of the state as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

The reading of the judgment at the Kano High Court complex, Miller Road on Wednesday, is being transmitted virtually via Zoom as the panel members are not physically in the court.
