Supreme Court has just dismissed PDP’s Suit Challenging The alleged Double nomination of Vice-President Elect, Senator Kashim Shettima.
The Apex court stated that PDP lacks the locus to institute the case.
It is an internal affairs of APC and no one from another political party has the locus to challenge it.
Monday, May 29 Tinubu will be sworn in a President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
