The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) will deliver its judgement on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
The Tribunal headed by Justice Haruna Tsammani had scheduled judgment for Wednesday in the petitions by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and that by Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP).
According to a statement, the proceedings, planned to commence by 9am, will be aired live on television.
