The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday in Abuja presented a Certificate of Return to Bola Tinubu, winner of the February 25, 2023 presidential election.
The certificate was presented to the President-elect by the Returning Officer of the election Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, who is also INEC Chairman.
Yakubu first invited the Vice-President-elect, Kashim Shettima, who in turn invited the President-Elect, Bola Tinubu, to sign and collect the Certificate of Return.
