According to reports, the operatives arrived at Justice Odili’s Abuja residence and made immediate attempt to break in, but the wife of former Rivers State Governor, Peter Odili, fervently resisted the attempts to raid her residence by the operatives, telling the operatives that she had no business with them.
“She told them to go and meet her husband because she does not have any matter pending before them,” a source under anonymity told The Gazette.
The operatives numbering up to 50, also included armed police officers.
Her husband has been facing corruption charges raised by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
However, EFCC in a swift statement has denied being involved in the attempted raid.
