A Permanent Secretary, Dr. Ibrahim Garba Musa, has been kidnapped by gunmen in Niger state.
Dr. Musa was kidnapped alongside his granddaughter inside their house at after taking part in a wedding ceremony in Zungeru on Friday night.
Already, the state government has reportedly confirmed the incident but Niger state Police command are yet to react to the latest development.
