The immediate past Vice Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) Professor Francis Otunta has passed on,
Prof. Otunta was also the Rector of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana reportedly died in a road accident on Monday along the Afikpo-Abakaliki expressway.
