Suspected bandits Saturday invaded Baka village in Igabi local council of Kaduna State, and killed man and his son, barely one week after 23 people were killed in five local government areas of the state.
The deceased man, Sanusi Musa and his son were said to have resisted attempt by the bandits to kidnap them.
The Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, confirmed the incident.
Aruwan said the bandits invaded Baka village in the early hours of Saturday and attacked the residence of the victims by shooting sporadically.
