President Muhammadu Buhari is presiding over the National Security Council meeting in the State House, Abuja, days after chaos broke out in parts of the country.
The meeting is also taking after Buhari refused to address Nigerians after Soldiers allegedly massacred #EndSARS protesters at Lekki Toll Gate, Lagos state.
