President Bola Tinubu has dropped one of ministerial nominees Dr. Maryam Shetty from Kano and drafted Festus Keyamo as well as Dr Mariga Mahmud.
The latest development is happening as the Senate begins screening of 19 fresh ministerial nominees forwarded to it on Wednesday.
The dropped nominee was contained in a letter forwarded to the Senate and read by Senator Godswill Akpabio.
The President however, in the letter, replaced Shetty with Dr Mariga Mahmud and also nominated Festus Keyamo from Delta state for consideration and confirmation.
