The operatives of the Nigeria Correctional Centre (NCC) and Department of State Services (DSS) are fighting over the custody of the suspended governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele.
The federal high court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, granted Emefiele N20 million bail and one surety in like sum.
The presiding judge, Nicholas Oweibo also ruled that the suspended CBN governor should be remanded at the correctional centre pending the fulfilment of his bail conditions.
However, DSS operatives insisted on taking away the ousted CBN governor into their custody.
