The Governors of Akwa Ibom and the Plateau States, Umo Eno and Caleb Mutfwang, respectively, met with President Bola Tinubu on Thursday at the State House in Abuja.
Tinubu first met with Mutfwang of Plateau State, who was on a courtesy visit at the presidential villa.
He later met with Governor Eno of Akwa Ibom, who was also on a courtesy visit.
Both visiting governors were of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). They became governors after uprooting the All Progressives Congress’ governorship candidates in the last elections.
