A woman was apprehended with already thump-printed ballot papers at a polling unit during the guber and state house of assembly elections in Imo state.
The woman who is alleged to be an INEC staff could not speak about how she got the ballot papers. The video showed the ballot papers were thumb-printed for the different parties contesting in the election.
