Breaking: Biafra agitator, Simon Ekpa, arrested in Finland

Self-styled Nigerian pro-Biafran agitator, Simon Ekpa, has been arrested by Finnish government.

According to a Finland news outlet HS, the police escorted Ekpa out of his apartment in Lahti on Thursday.

Criminal Investigator, Tommi Reen, from the Central Criminal Police told the HS news outlet that the Keskusrikospoliisi (KRP), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Finland had a police operation in a private apartment in the centre of Lahti.

The platform claimed that they had gone to Ekpa’s residence for an interview but the Finland police, KRP, surprisingly answered when the HS team rang the separatist bell.

Ekpa, a native of Ebonyi state is believed to be behind most killings in the Southeastern region of Nigeria under the guise of clamouring for Biafra.

He is also been accused of being used by politicians to perpetrate illegal acts, including posing as the leader Biafra group.
