The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has that that the 2023 general elections election will not hold in 240 polling units, across 28 states.
INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, stated this at a meeting with leaders of political parties on Monday.
According to him, the polling units are where voters didn’t register.
