The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced the suspension of former governor of Enugu State, Dr Chimaroke Nnamani, for his open support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Nnamani is the Senator representing Enugu West Senatorial District and the senatorial candidate of the PDP.
PDP Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba disclosed the latest development on Friday night in a statement made available to veritynewsonline.
Ologunagba said Nnamani and seven others have been suspended for anti-party activities.”
Nnamani had been named in APC presidential campaign council.
The PDP suspended more of its members in Ekiti state.
