Netizens have taken to social media to mock the performance of pop star Davido’s hit song ‘Stand Strong’ by Pastor Adegboyega’s choir at the latter’s church in the UK.
Kemi Filani previously reported that Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church aka SPAC Nation led the choir to sing the hit song during a tribute held in honor of Ifeanyi Adeleke, son of Davido at the church service.
A video of the choir performing at the service which was uploaded on social media caught the attention of many who reacted.
One Chidinma reacted by saying “Is this a church or a club?”

Kwam 1 releases gospel song in honor of Pastor Tobi Adegboyega
Fuji singer Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as Kwam 1, has released a surprise gospel song ‘Mo Gbohun Olorun’ for the birthday celebration of popular and controversial Pastor Tobi Adegboyega.
Expressing his gratitude to K1 for honoring him with the song, Pastor Tobi Gboyega, shared a snippet of the song dedicated to him and wrote: “Woke up to this surprise song release by @kwam1_official. People are sending me this, wow! (This is just a short part of the song). Alhaji just did a gospel song! Kemi FIlani recalls that Tobi Adegboyega had announced on November 1 that he was canceling his birthday concert to mourn Ifeanyi Adeleke, son of pop star Davido.
Davido speaks to Pastor Tobi Adegboyega after son’s death
A few days ago, controversial Pastor Tobi Adegboyega confirmed that singer Davido is gradually getting stronger and rising from the grief of his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi’s death.
“Spoke to Davido, the No1 OBO, he is getting stronger, they are both getting stronger” Pastor Tobi Adegboyega announced on Instagram.
“Going to rise from this stronger, more glorious and giving more hope and strength to more people” he further disclosed.
The message from Pastor Tobi Adegboyega has since given hope to many of Davido’s fans who have been downcast and broken since the news of Ifeanyin’s tragic death on October 31st night.
