Nollywood: How I was paid 200 naira for a movie – Kenneth Aguba narrates sad experience

The narrative of Legendary Nigerian Actor, Kenneth Aguba is one that shocked so many Nigerians.

A week ago, some photographs of the actor living in an unfortunate condition were shared on social media, and they immediately became viral.

A lot of people began posing various questions since they didn’t expect a respected Actor like Kenneth Aguba to be is such a condition.

His story got to Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, the founder of OPM church, and he immediately came to resue Kenneth Aguba.

Kenneth Aguba was then taken to Port Harcourt to meet the apostle who guaranteed him an apartment and a decent life.

He arrived and was given medical attention before he was taken to the apartment that was ready for him.

While on his way, he was being interviewed by a woman in the vehicle, and the 40minutes live video was shared on OPM’s official Facebook page.

Kenneth Aguba was asked several questions about his profession as an actor, and he gave answers to every one of the questions.

Notwithstanding, when the video got to 11 minutes, Kenneth Aguba could be heard talking about one of his unforgettable encounters in the film industry.

He uncovered that he acted in a film named the “Hungry Landlord”, and he charged the producer 200 thousand naira for his part in the film.

Nonetheless, after acting the film, he was paid 200 naira and requested to return home.

Kenneth Aguba expressed that the producer said he planned to send the actual payment to him, yet he is yet to get any cash till today.

He uncovered that the incident truly hurt him.
