Gareth Bale has confirmed his shock move to Los Angeles FC.
The Wales winger, 32, left Real Madrid at the end of his contract earlier this month.
For months there have been suggestions Bale could retire or return to hometown club Cardiff.
But Bale has put the rumours to bed after confirming he is joining LAFC on Twitter.
Sharing a video of himself in the club’s black and gold, Bale wrote: “See you soon, Los Angeles.”
The MLS side retweeted Bale’s post but have not yet confirmed the deal with the transfer window for the league reopens on July 7.
Bale posted a 13-second vid where he wears the LAFC black and gold shirt and does his trademark love heart goal celebration.

The ex-Los Blancos star also has a black cap on before he is described as ‘gold’ in the promo.
It appears the video was cheekily taken at Hensol – the site of Cardiff’s training ground in the Vale of Glamorgan which is shared with Wales.
Bale, who turns 33 next month, will now join Italy legend Giorgio Chiellini as the club’s second marquee signing of the summer.
