Ahead of the World Cup Qualifying match between Nigeria and Ghana scheduled to hold on Tuesday at M. K. O Abiola stadium in Abuja, the African Piller of Sports, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has bought 5,000 tickets for interested fans who will be at the venue to watch the match.
The former Abia state Governor who announced this via his Facebook page, said the tickets will be shared at the entrance of the stadium by 3pm on Tuesday.
The statement reads in full:
“As Nigeria plays Ghana on Tuesday, March 29 at Abuja National Stadium , Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation has purchased 5,000 tickets for interested fans who would be available to support the Super Eagles . The tickets will be shared at entrance by 3 PM . As African Pillar of Sports , I look forward to the Eagles putting smiles on our faces by winning the match. “
The Nigeria’s national team, Super Eagles will face their counterparts from Ghana in a football encounter in Abuja national stadium.
