From Lagos state comes a report that abducted Air Vice-Marshal Sikiru Smith has been released from his abductors.
Smith was abducted on Monday in the Ajah area of Lagos state.
Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, who confirmed the release said the top Air Force officer was freed early Saturday morning.
