Popular cleric, Oyedepo, recalls how he warned against current happenings in Nigeria

“I saw the wickedness of the wicked being forced on the land. Now no direction, no motion… Some fellows were upset with me when I was talking against this evil government,” these were part of the message from a popular global preacher and founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide also Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo during his Sunday sermon.

The respected bishop who was speaking on the power of prophecy, said he warned Nigerians in 2015 prior to President Buhari’s victory, stressing that some fellows were angered by his prophecy but are now faced with the reality.

According to him: “I am privileged to be among the few God shows things long before they happen.

“I told this Nation, you are heading for trouble: 2015. Are they in trouble or in turbulence? Turbulence.

“When a Prophet speaks, he speaks the heart of God.”

Bishop Oyedepo’s sermon came after Catholic Bishop of Sokoto diocese told US Congress of how massive killings had claimed the lives of mostly Christians in Nigeria in recent years.
