The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has skipped the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on the list of cleared candidates for the November 6 Anambra governorship election.
The Commission, in a statement by its National Commissioner and Chairman Information and Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye, cited Court Order for exclusion of the party’s candidate from the cleared list.
The statement also revealed that the candidate of a faction of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is missing.
