A 200 level of Adekunle Ajasin University community in Akungba Akoko, Ondo state, Feranmi Fasunle Omowunmi, has reportedly committed suicide.
Omowunmi, with the matriculation number 180503006 who was of the Political Science Department in the university reportedly drank sniper on Wednesday.
It was learnt that she took the deadly substance in her room in the Akungba community.
According to reports, she was immediately rushed to the institution’s health centre by her friends and was later taken to another Specialist Hospital in lkare. Thereafter, she was referred to the Federal Medical Center FMC in Owo on Wednesday where she eventually gave up the ghost on Thursday.
