The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, has asked the new recruits to be prepared for a move to Sambisa, a stronghold of the Boko Haram sect in Borno state.
Lt. Gen. also told them to be ready to defend the country against external aggression and other security challenges bedeviling the country.
He gave the charge during the final screening for 80 regular recruits held at the notorious Falgore forest in Tudun Wads local government area of Kano state.
