The People’s Democratic Party, (PDP) Kano Chapter on Tuesday says it will not participate in the January 16 local government elections in Kano.
Briefing newsmen in Kano, Danladi Umar Kagara, the caretaker chairman of the party said his party will not participate in an election that has been predetermined by Governor Ganduje led APC administration.
Kagara said the state government has set aside 2.3 billion Naira for an election whose outcome has already been determined.
