President Muhammadu Buhari has been summoned by the House of Representatives over rising security situation in the country, particularly the recent killing of scores of rice farmers in Borno state, by suspected Boko Haram insurgents.
Prior to the resolution, it was tensed atmosphere in the House over disagreement on whether the President should be invited.
