Senator Elisha Ishaku Abbo representing Adamawa North, has just left the Peoples Democratic party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
His defection is happening one week after Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State moved to the central ruling party.
Abbo in his letter of defection read by President of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan blamed his defection on alleged mismanagement of the PDP by Adamawa State governor, Ahmed Fintiri.
