There is strong indication that the Commissioner for Women Affairs Mrs. Rebecca Ogbuewu has resigned from the government of Governor Dave Umahi in Ebonyi state.
The latest rumored resignation is happening days after first Commissioner quit the government.
This is happening ahead of planned defection by the governor to the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
