The management of Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) has appointed Femi Johnson as General Manager, Sports.
Johnson, who joined the NTA in 1994, incidentally after observing his mandatory national youth service at NTA Lokoja, has garnered a wealth of experience spanning 26 years which saw him start his illustrious career as sports reporter during which he covered several local and international sporting events.
He was at different times appointed as Head of Politics desk, News Editor, Weekend File, and Head of News, NTA International at the Headquarters in Abuja until May 2018 when he was appointed as Assistant Director, News at the NTA, Ibadan.
On his latest appointment, Johnson, is a 1993 graduate of Language and Communication Arts from the University of Ibadan.The appointment takes immediate effect.
