The Presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar at the 2019 general election has just touched Nigeria, months after embarking on vacation, Verity News can report.
The former Vice President, who turns 73rd same day will return to the country for the first time since he left Nigeria shortly after the 2019 presidential election, which he lost to the incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari.
Atiku departed Nigeria, moment after the result of the presidential election was announced.
President Muhammadu Buhari was declared winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Afterwards, Atiku’s legal team proceeded to court and challenge the outcome of the poll up till the apex level.
