Youth and Sports Development Minister Sunday Dare on Tuesday named former Olympic medalist Mary Onyali as Special Adviser.
Her appointment came like a surprise to many that applauded the decision of the Minister who only announced his first aide, barely two after President Muhammadu Buhari brought him on board the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
