A bitter dispute has erupted within the popular music duo PSquare, with Jude Okoye, brother and manager, at the center of contentious royalties diversion scandal.
Jude is accused of diverting millions of dollars in royalties into a new company, Northside Music, registered with his wife Ifeoma as a director.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has intervened, arresting and interrogating Jude over the allegations, and freezing his assets both locally and internationally.
Peter Okoye’s investigation exposed the scandal, leading to a heated confrontation with his brothers at the EFCC office, threatening to irreparably fracture their relationship.
