Nigeria’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu, will return to Abuja today, Monday, April 24, after spending weeks of vacation in France.
This was confirmed in a tweet on Monday morning by Mr Bayo Onanuga, Executive Director, Tinubu/Shettima Campaign Council.
Tinubu, who has been away from Nigeria since he was declared winner of the 25th February presidential election, returns ahead of his inauguration on 29th May 2023.
“Nigeria’s President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu returns to Abuja today after weeks of a well deserved vacation in France. E kaabo! Se dada le de!” he tweeted on Monday morning.
He was said to have gone to rest and plan his transition programme.
